Generally, the place was ideal and had welcoming and incredible staff on daytime shift. The restaurant here was great for the breakfast, we both ordered hot dishes.

Hotel Oldinn Review: the food was enjoyable, and I found the breakfast to be above average. I received very good service from all the attentive staff I interacted with, which greatly enhanced my experience.

The breakfast is sensational and offers a delightful start to the day. the views are lovely, providing a picturesque backdrop to your stay. the hotel's incredible location, just off the central square, makes it easy to explore the historic part of Cesky Krumlov. the Catacombs restaurant below is perfect for dinner, and there's a charming cellar bar onsite to unwind in.

Excellent staff. Nice hotel. it's clean.
it was noisy, even when the windows are closed. No water in the room. Breakfast was disappointing.

Location just next door to the Catacombs restaurant below for dinner, a pedestrian zone and other scenic sites. Exceptionally comfortable beds in our standard room. Private parking on site provided.

As a senior woman, I absolutely loved the charm and splendor of the hotel. The decoration throughout the hotel, from the lovely courtyard to the spacious and beautifully decorated general areas, created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail and the natural sunlight streaming in made me feel right at home. Furthermore, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with clear paths and a lift available to access different floors. It made navigating the hotel and enjoying all its amenities hassle-free.
If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be to have more assistance available from the staff. While the children working there were friendly and helpful, having a dedicated concierge or tour desk would have been beneficial, especially for senior guests who may require assistance with planning tours or activities.

the location and their breakfast was the best part of this hotel
room too expensive for what they offer ie, uncomfortable beds, cheap linens, too noise in the hallway. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the swimming pool because my 4 year-old likes to swimm. However, when we ask about where the swimming pool was, their response was "can't use the swimming pool, it's "reserved" Whatever that meant, we'll never know because they did not offer any further explanation. My 4 year-old was upset and we were upsent because of it. I will not stay in this hotel again.

What a wonderful place. Everything about it was excellent, bar possibly that our room was in the eaves with a limited view. Breakfast was by the far the best on our trip. I've seldom seen staff work so hard and efficiently to keep everything topped up. The location overlooking the square is idyllic if a little noisy in the evening.

This venue is delightful with exceptional staff throughout and a wonderful restaurant offering a variety of delicious dishes, centrally situated and near all the attractions.

Very central to the old town with good parking albeit a five minute walk away. However their parking is probably the closest of any of the hotel parking lots. Reception staff very helpful.
Very poor catering and the dining room staff indifferent to customers.

Nice hotel in the very center of the town, great location and amazing staff - always friendly and helpfull. Very good breakfast (though did not try the hotel restaurant for dinner).
Overall, I believe that the hotel is a little overpriced. In the town, there is plenty of pensions with lower rates. The room was not really big one, with very basic (not to say ascetic) furniture (there was no even a wardrobe of decent size and we kept part of our clothes on chairs). Another specific detail of the room was that it was of attic type - with sloping ceiling that costed me (I'm 1.87 m) a few very painful head hits into the ceiling. Though now it is recalled as a funny touch..
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
